Chapter 1
- 05-24-07 The Forbes bought their property in Colorado in the summer of 1996, not 1986.
- 05-24-07 The property in Colorado that the Forbes purchased was approximately 70 acres, it is not quite a full 70 acres.
- 05-15-07 Tom Derosa was acquainted with Joe Taylor as of the January 2001 Creation Conference, but had not worked with him prior to this time.
- 05-15-07 The document Pete DeRosa had sent Joe Taylor on 2/12/01 was a fax, not an e-mail.
- 05-15-07 There is a question as to the animal that the junior palentologist from Grand Junction found. Pete DeRosa claims the animal is a stegasaurus, however Joe Taylor asserts it is a sauropod, but not a stegasaurus. Given Joe Taylor’s expertise in this area, we will call the animal a sauropod also.
Chapter 3
- 05-23-07 The action by Angela Hudson against Pete DeRosa was filed on 01-23-03 not 06-26-06
- 05-23-07 The documentation for the action by Angela Hudson against Pete DeRosa was missing the first page. The entire document is now online.
- 05-23-07 Joe’s E-mail from 10-13-02 was to ICR Radio not to ICR.
- 06-12-07 AiG did not become involved in the Forbes dig until the annual AiG Creation Conference of August 30 – September 2, 2001. While Tom DeRosa did present the Forbes project to AiG during the AiG Creation Conference of August 30 – September 2, 2001, he did not travel to the conference specifically for this purpose.
Chapter 4
- 06-2007 As of July 2007, the allosaur the DeRosas posed beneath in Boise City, Oklahoma was the largest ever found, not one of the largest.
- 07-10-07 While one witness to the events states that Taylor stopped over at the Forbes’ to make sure the DeRosas understood what to do, and pointed out that he wanted them to clean up around the allosaur site first, because it would be easier digging, and that at Taylor’s directions, Peter and Mark DeRosa moved from the sauropod area to the allosaur site, several other witness, including Taylor himself, have stated that Taylor did not stop by the Forbes’ to redirect the DeRosas.
- 07-25-07 We incorrectly stated that Pete DeRosa returned Angela Hudson’s hummer on his way to the Aig Board meeting when in fact he was on his way to their creation conference. He did not know that the time he would be attending the board meeting.
Chapter 5
- 05-31-07 In the timeline section we added information sent to us via email from Tom DeRosa which went into further detail regarding how AIG got involved in the project along with Tom DeRosa’s presentation to the AIG Board of Directors.
Chapter 6
- 06-11-07 Added text from relevant documents directly inline to the chapter. Also fixed grammatical errors.
Who’s Who
- 6-17-07 David Hall’s white tent was damaged but not destroyed by the wind storm mentioned in the Raising the Allosaur movie.
Chapter 8
- 07-16-07 Angela Hudson had been the first one to donate money towards the partnership between CSI and the Forbes, not CSI and AIG.
Chapter 9
- 08-07-07 Pete DeRosa called Joe Taylor around 1:30 in the afternoon and not around 6 am as previously stated. This was due to difficulty in reading the source document.
Chapter 10
- 08-10-07 Phillip Hall incorrectly stated that Pete DeRosa told them to stay away from the dig site when they arrived but Pete DeRosa actually called Joe Taylor enroute to the site, as mentioned in Chapter 10.
